Shipping & Delivery

At Mazekaro Resorts, we provide only resort booking and entry ticket services. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods.

Booking Confirmation Process:
  • Instant confirmation upon successful payment
  • Confirmation serves as proof of booking
  • Must be presented at resort entrance for admission
Important: Delivery is considered complete once confirmation is sent to your registered contact details.
If You Don't Receive Confirmation:
  1. Wait for 24 hours from payment time
  2. Contact our support team with payment details if still not received
